Therapy is a puzzle of trying to understand the core issues that need to be addressed, finding out the clients goals and then helping the client uncover their strengths which they will use to overcome adversity.
My philosophy as a therapist is based on three simple premises: 1. Everyone deserves to have a life that is meaningful; 2. Anxiety, stress, and fear cannot exist without the thoughts that create them; and 3. When you make something matter more than your worry and fear, your attention will shift to other possibilities, and your behavior will follow.
