As a Consultant or Coach for issues related to power and its use and misuse.

Feeling disempowered in general or with a relationship or situation at work? Power dynamics are complex and affect all of us. Updown, inout, oppressoroppressed, extrovertedintroverted, strongly boundariedloosely boundaried, directiveresponsive--these continuums are the playground for power issues. Exploring these issues can help you in feeling more empowered, skillful, and effective.

As a Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapist.

Whether you have a specific issue or situation that you want to work with or you are feeling generally overwhelmed, stuck, upset, anxious, or just plain not the Self you'd like to be, individual psychotherapy will bring relief, new perspectives, and empowering self-understanding. For me, the most important aspect of a healing environment is a quality of loving presence. You will find that I give a lot of attention to this.
