My Approach to Helping

When you make a decision to begin therapy, you want to know that you will be treated with sensitivity, respect, understanding and confidentiality. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and work collatoratively to achieve your goals, not mine. It has been my experience that having various therapies available for your needs has proven successful. Each person and each issue is unique and should be treated uniquely. In the crush of today's realities you can feel a loss of meaning and purpose in your life. A guided exploration of priorities and values can reaffirm self-worth, and re-establish direction and momentum. Sometimes it can be working through past issues that are holding you back from being all you be for yourself, as well as for others. Other times, you may be experiencing a personal crisis you are struggling with and want to explore your options in therapy. Whatever brings you to therapy you will be treated in an accepting environment. That is my promise to you. Virginia Kelley LCSW
