More Info About My Practice

My work draws heavily on my training in Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. In addition, my own meditation practice and personal success using relaxation and mindfulness techniques heavily influences my practice. Having come to understand we are most creative and content when we feel a deeper connection to our world and those around us, I strive to assist individuals in grounding themselves in this deeper understanding and connection. Whenever possible, I feel it is helpful to involve families and partners in the process.

My training as a financial planner, makes me uniquely qualified to provide “financial therapy." Financial therapy is a new and growing field which strives to integrate the development of both emotional and financial health. Professionals with training in both areas evaluate a client’s needs and utilize a range of techniques based on experiential therapy, financial planning, dialogue, communication, and behavior change in order to improve one's financial and emotional health. Integration of these two fields allows you to progress exponentially faster than working on financial and personal growth separately and it ensures that ingrained belief systems, childhood messages, and communication issues do not interfere with achieving your personal and financial goals.
