My Approach to Helping

Each of us has an incredible capacity to overcome challenges, experience personal growth, and heal from past difficult or traumatic times in our lives. Individuals who are highly motivated to effect change in their lives can make great personal progress through the therapy process. I believe that well functioning and emotionally healthy families provide children an optimum environment to fully develop and successfully prepare for productive and happy lives. Positive growth and change is within the reach of all who sincerely seek to find new and more productive ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. I assist my clients to gain greater personal and interpersonal insight, explore new options and possibilities for growth, and take assertive steps to effect positive change in their lives. My goal is to help individuals explore and find ways to more quickly and effectively achieve personal growth, meet their full potential, and experience emotional peace and happiness.
