My Approach to Helping

For 25 years I have provided effective, personalized psychotherapy to adults, couples, children and families and have helped hundreds of individuals get back on track and on with their lives. I provide a safe environment, an empathetic ear, an open heart and a relaxed, conversational style of therapy. My clinical approach focuses on two important areas; relationships and personal development through the lifespan.

I find that our primary relationships can be the source of our deepest satisfaction and, at times, our greatest distress. My work focuses on helping you better understand and navigate your relationships; bring passion, trust and friendship back to your partnership; restore healthy communication and a sense of calm to your family life.

Additionally, I help clients address the needs of their current stage of development. Together, we ask, "What do you need right now to continue your growth, to achieve developmental milestones, to get to the next stage of your life?" Then, we choose the solutions that are right for you and help you move into action!

More Info About My Practice

I currently accept both out-of-pocket and insurance-paying clients. I am an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross. Additionally, for insurance plans in which I am not in-network, I provide Super Bills that allow clients to seek reimbursement based on applicable out-of-network rates. Please feel free to call me to discuss my rates and review your payment options. I will do my best to help you make an informed payment decision that works for you.
