My Approach to Helping
Welcome to my profile, and thank you for visiting! I offer a free one hour initial consultation to provide you the opportunity to meet me, discuss your concerns, and get a sense for how my working style might meet your needs as well as your personal preferences. Many of my clients are people who seek a mature, well-trained and dedicated practitioner with years of experience. I provide individual, couples and family therapy for adolescents and adults seeking help with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, identity issues, and the "stuckness" that can develop when repetitive patterns limit growth and well-being.

Are you spending more of your time "surviving" than thriving? If so, I encourage you to try therapy; it consistently provides a gentle, yet powerfully effective means for enhancing relationships and finding the enjoyment and peace you probably sense are possible for you.

My specialty areas include couples and family therapy, parenting, GLBTQ concerns, working with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and contemplative approaches to insight, empathy, healing and wellness. My other role as a meditation instructor also informs my perspective and practical approach as a therapist. For more information, call me at (828) 545-4563
