My Approach to Helping
I believe each person has the answers within them or can be empowered to find the answers to their challenges. I believe that a combination of Cognitive and Expressive interventions help the client to quickly discover the issues that are holding them or their family back from a fruitful, optimal life and provide the answers to these conflicts. I believe in working with each client or family group as a team with the client holding the keys to success and empowerment. I believe that parents are the true experts on their children and I work with them to uncover and utilize this expertise to help solve issues and problems.
