My Approach to Helping

Do you feel lost and alone, tired of carrying a heavy load by yourself? Do you look in the mirror and wonder what happened to me, who am I? If you feel this way, I can help. I specialize in working with grief and loss. I offer a place where you can express exactly how you are feeling. As you experience expressing your inner most thoughts and feelings to another human being, you will begin to find your way back to your life. Together we will work towards making life simpler and less stressful. Tasks can become less overwhelming. You'll start to feel better and your energy will come back

Are you newly engaged? living together and thinking about marriage, but worried about your fighting? I can help. I work with couples to straighten out the confusing mess you may have gotten into and reclaim the love you know to be in there somewhere.

You may think you should be able to figure out how to move forward on your own. It really helps to talk about what you are going through with someone who is an interested listener and professionally trained.
I am here for you. There's a space this week for you to be heard fully. Shall we begin?
