My Approach to Helping
It's our unconscious that holds the keys to our healing and the keys to the actions and feelings that we puzzle about. We can ask the unconscious what's triggering the problem and we can ask it how to clear up the problem. Since our unconscious holds all our memories its search for the origin of an issue is amazingly complete (including prenatal and perinatal events). I have found that a combination of Ego State Therapy, hypnosis, and EMDR to be a very powerful way to work relatively quickly on issues that have resisted normal talk therapy. I also help people search for the causes of physical illnesses which puzzle medical professionals.

More Info About My Practice
My greatest joy is helping clients find their authentic selves, the parts of themselves that have been hidden beneath the anxieties as well as the "shoulds" and "have to's" they've learned through life.

I am on the panels of Pacific Source, ODS, and MHN. I also bill other insurance companies.
