My Approach to Helping
You hold it all in until your chest pounds, your stomach hurts, you feel like you can't go on and don't know how to deal with one more day . . . Talking to someone helps - especially someone who has no connection to your friends, family, or work - someone who has "heard it all" and won't be shocked at the things you've thought, felt, or done - someone who will keep your most private thoughts private - someone who won't judge you. I am most experienced with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and borderline personality disorder and am very interested in trauma and grief work. I also love to help with personal growth. I work solely with adults (all ages 18 and over) and use a variety of techniques depending on each case.
