My Approach to Helping

I believe children and young adults thrive when family members are involved in the counseling processes. Family engagement is an important piece of the overall treatment plan.

More Info About My Practice

Groups I Work With

I work with children 10 years and older, along with their families, to help with problems related to ADHD, behavioral issues, self-harm, anxiety, and adjustment issues. I help children and their families solve difficulties around peer relations and family transitions. I also work with young adults dealing with mood disorders, trauma, LGBQT+ and identity, phase of life changes, and anxiety.

I enjoy playing video and board games, especially those with themes of dragons and magic, have played the saxophone and earned a black belt in Songham Taekwondo. As a husband and dad, I use my interests to connect with clients.
