My passion is to help people lead meaningful and fulfilled lives. With years of experience, I have worked with individuals, families, and couples who deal with stress, conflicts or parental challenges. In addition, my experiences also include working with past trauma, domestic violence, and grief.

I help my clients transform their relationships and re-connect in new positive ways. My approach to treatment is holistic yet evidence-based with a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness.
