My Approach to Helping
I've been working with teens and adults for over 20 years specializing in: trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, familyrelationship conflict, stress, lossgrief, chronic illness and self esteem. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Solution-focused. These methods and tools are individualized based on your concerns. In working with me, you can expect to feel heard and validated as I will be open and interactive with you.
