I specialize in working with people who are experiencing loneliness. Struggling with self-worth and purpose. These experiences and struggles can often lead to anxiety and depression, feeling stressed, difficulty with relationships, loss of motivation, low mood, irritability, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
