My Approach to Helping
My approach to assisting others is built upon our relationship. My style of psychotherapy will assist you in becoming more yourself by becoming mindful of your thoughts, sensations, and feelings. Self acceptance allows us to utilize our innate abilities to make decisions and to adjust to life transitions. It is important for all of us to be heard and understand, to understand our limitations, and to allow ourselves to experience life without becoming overwhelmed or withdrawn.
