I am a seasoned counselor and love being a “Change Agent” in others’ lives. Over the years, I have developed a multi-modality approach, which means that there are many therapies and techniques I can utilize. However, the relationship and trust between the client and the therapist are paramount.
In addition to working as a therapist, I have spent years working in psychiatry, giving me a more global perspective to assist my clients. I also use scientifically brain-based declarations, breathing, mediation, and thought stoppingredirection to therapeutic approaches that will provide excellent outcomes.
