My Approach to Helping

When you don't feel like yourself or are struggling in school, work, or a relationship life can begin to feel overwhelming and your health can suffer. I assist teenagers and young adults to work through a wide array of issues; such as anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, body image, bullying, social media stressors, challenging relationships, work and school burn out, trauma, and many other issues that can affect their lives.

I have the skills and experience to help you relieve, manage, and eventually overcome these painful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so you can live the life you want and deserve.

Don't continue struggling with these issues on your own!

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

Throughout my time practicing as a therapist, I have come to find that the client-therapist alliance is the most important aspect of therapy. Without safety, trust, and healthy collaboration between client and therapist, most therapeutic orientations lose their effectiveness. Establishing and strengthening the client-therapist alliance not only enhances the therapeutic experience but also increases the level of success in a person's therapeutic outcome.
