Aloha! My name is Dr. Stefanie Strong and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have spent my career working to help people heal from trauma, addiction, abuse, neglect, and a variety of familial issues. I received my Master of Science in Behavioral Science from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma in 2010. I completed my Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in San Diego, California in 2018. I am currently an LMFT in Hawaii and Utah. This provider resides in Hawaii.
My practice of therapy has long been a diverse approach based on client needs. I am skilled in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Family Dynamics, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT.
