My Approach to Helping
Stacey Grant is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with over 5 years of experience providing therapeutic services to adults, couples, and families with co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and addiction. Stacey completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Child Psychology at North Florida University and her Master of Science (MA) in Addiction Counseling at Grand Canyon University with continuing education in mental health. She is a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP). Stacey seeks to establish a hopeful and caring relationship with you in order to assist you in your journey to achieve your goals and live the life you desire to live. She utilizes a collaboration of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to therapy. Stacey is always aware that each individual is different and will make sure the approach matches the individual’s needs and wants.
