I have a doctorate in Psychology, and I am licensed in California. I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, such as obsessive-compulsive disorders, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, perfectionism, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction (substance and behavioral), body image issues, as well as difficulties with emotion regulation, relationships, and interpersonal skills. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness strategies, as well as psychodynamic and humanistic interventions. I help you reach your potential by exploring your uniqueness. My humanistic, creative, and sensitive approach to diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy is individually tailored.
