My Approach to Helping
Hi there. I’m Rose.
I specialize in working with self-identified “over-thinkers” and “over-feelers.” If you are looking for a therapist who is ready to accept you exactly as you are, I am your person. My job is to support you in your journey, help you to discover your inner strengths, and teach you how to use them in order to reach your goals.
While I do hope to provide my clients with coping skills, I also find it very effective to do deeper work. This may include exploring past memories, shifting ways of thinking, and identifying choices that help you to feel more YOU. I have an eclectic approach that incorporates aspects of psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
