My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated? Ready to get some clarity and relief? I can help you move through the challenging situations and feelings that get in the way of your having the life you want. With a practical and compassionate approach, we'll focus on finding real solutions and strategies that work for your own unique situation. My work is integrative and holistic; together we'll seek to bring all aspects of who you are -- your mind, body, and spirit -- into balance. You can expect compassion and you can expect to laugh. Though we'll be working through tough stuff, I will be down to earth and real with you, and you can do the same with me.
Having had plenty of my own adverse life circumstances, I sought therapy to heal and find solutions. My own experiences of overcoming these challenges led me to become an ally to others who seek ease and fulfillment.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Understandable! You're not alone.
Are you wondering
...if therapy is really for you?
...if therapy can help?
...if now is the right time?
Choosing to seek therapy is rarely an easy decision. While only you can say for sure if it's right for you, I'm happy to explore that question with you. I offer a free 20 minute consultation (by phone or in person) so that you can get a feel for how I work and so I can hear what's going on for you. It's SO important for both therapist and client to feel like they're a good fit. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
Let's see if we might be a good match.
