My Approach to Helping
I help people heal and recover from trauma. Whether you are seeking help for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I can help. I know what it's like to wonder if you will ever feel safe or at peace. To wake up every day feeling disconnected and afraid. I know the depression, anxiety, and confusion that accompany the physical signs that one has survived a traumatic experience. Most of all, I know that it can take time to understand that these signs and symptoms are REAL. I ALSO know that healing is possible, and that joy is your birth-right. That a life full of trust and fun and ease is available to you.
I have been helping people heal from trauma for the better part of the last decade. I offer my clients a space in which to speak freely about their lives, without judgement or shame, and tools that will enhance their emotional safety as they move through the process of healing. Our work is tailored to meet your specific needs and to honor your experience.
