My Approach to Helping
Seeking out therapy is an individual choice and there are many reasons why people make the choice to do so. It may be to deal with long-term mental health issues, or problems with anxiety and/or depression. Other times it is in reaction to unforeseen changes in one's life such as separation, divorce, loss or other transitions. No matter what the reason a therapist can help provide insight, support, and new strategies for all types of life challenges.
Through the therapeutic process, issues can be addressed. Therapy can be beneficial for anyone who is interested in getting the most out of their life by taking responsibility, creating greater self-awareness, and working towards change in their lives.
