My Approach to Helping
I work with you to know yourself more and to take responsibility for your part in relational dynamics and to help you learn how to soothe and face yourself. This enables you to be more mature in relationship with others. It also helps you feel more satisfied in relationship.
This may include noticing what kinds of things throw you off center and support you to learn new ways of responding.
The more you can hold yourself, the more you will be able to invite in relationships where you feel seen and heard and satisfied. You can't expect someone to see you more than you see yourself.
You are the eye of the needle and your own love and attention to yourself passes through you before someone else can love you in a way that you can fully feel it.
