I help people suffering from sadness, anger, depression, feelings of loneliness, to understand why. From there, we will put a therapeutic plant together to help you feel your best again. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence to help you feel safe and accepted, while equipping you with good tools. I provide psychotherapy to individuals dealing with trauma, sadness, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, relationships difficulties, and coaching for professional and career challenges. I adapt my approach according to your individual needs drawing from a mix of approaches.
