I am a clinically licensed bilingual therapist with years of multidisciplinary academic training in the fields of psychology, human sciences, family and couple therapy, naturotherapy, health, and education. I am passionate about working with clients of all ages to help them break free of their life patterns and worry cycles that often keep them stuck. In my sessions, I assess each client, then teach them how to redirect their thoughts and energy to become unstuck. The focus is on building my clients’ inner strengths, and through my years of experience, I have developed a transpersonal (mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual) therapeutic approach that has proven results.
