My Approach to Helping
I take a wholistic approach to mental health and believe it is important to look at the whole person, mind, body, and spirit to determine what is contributing to feelings of mental anguish. Struggle is a natural part of life, but there are times when things feel insurmountable and begin to interfere with relationships, jobs, and overall health and wellbeing. When this happens, therapy is a way to gain perspective, skills, and support, to help navigate the tough times. My goal is to help my clients find solutions, identify the root cause of their suffering, and develop skills to increase their overall health and wellbeing.
