Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

One of the most important factors to consider when choosing a therapist is fit. Make sure that you feel like you have a good fit with your therapist. I will encourage you to pay attention to therapy style, orientation, practice presentation and overall feel before moving forward. This will help to improve the therapeutic relationship and assist you in getting to the results you desire.
