My Approach to Helping
Are you queer? Do you have a queer family member, partner, or kid? I provide queer & gender-affirming mental health care, WPATH-informed psychosocial assessments & letters of support, & mental health support to individuals, couples, parents, and families like yours who are often navigating confusing & less than accepting social & care scenarios.
Have you experienced trauma? Unfortunately, queer people are more likely to have trauma. I help clients like you manage and process trauma so you can move forward.
As a queer person, I know our community has historically been harmed by the mental health field. That's why I use transparent and collaborative postmodern models to provide affirming, trauma-informed, strength-based care.
