The word Heal comes from the Anglo-Saxon "to whole." I believe that challenging life experiences can cause us to fragment and disconnect from our true selves. Embarking on the path of healing entails a profound journey of rediscovery and reconnecting with our authentic selves. This can be a challenging but fruitful process so I want to acknowledge your courage in taking this step.
Healing takes place in the presence of compassion, not judgment. Through a trauma-informed and compassion-focused approach, my intention is to create and hold a powerful container for this process to unfold. I utilize various modalities including motivational interviewing, internal family systems, somatic therapy, and more, to develop a comprehensive understanding of the roots of your challenges, help you process your pain, and empower you to evoke long lasting change.
