My Approach to Helping
I use Zoom teleconferencing with clients. It is safe, easy and successful. I helped clients with emotional life issues as well as issues dealing with CO-VID19 concerns.
When you work with me, we work together. I listen with compassion, and using a large toolkit of integrative psychology, help you navigate out of anxiety, depression, or physical pain in a holistic way. Often our work will begin with determining and understanding your needs. Many people aren't aware they even have unmet needs, and healing often comes after identifying those needs and ultimately meeting them.
I have successfully helped individuals and families overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, physical pain, and interpersonal conflicts.I integrate modern energetic and alternative science-based healing modalities and have over 35 years of clinical experience. As a physician with extensive knowledge and experience, I work gently and rapidly. Most clients who come with acute grief or trauma overcome their problem within a few sessions. Other clients with deep traumas or chronic issues require longer therapy. I also offer intensive programs and retreats for those interested in doing deep work over a week or weekend.
