Jill is passionate about working with young adults like you who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, and loss.
She can walk alongside you in your journey towards finding freedom as you find out the root cause of your current difficulties. She uses a person-centered approach which means she will meet you with compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. She asks thought-provoking questions helping you to uncover unconscious thoughts and emotions.
She is also trained in level 1 EMDR therapy which is a type of modality to help process trauma through the use of eye movements.
