My Approach to Helping

Jamie Jones is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a State Qualified Supervisor with 12 years of experience in the mental health field. She has a genuine desire to see others fully experience life and intentionally live. Jamie specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Over the last 12 years, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and specialized populations. Jamie received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. She considers herself eclectic and utilizes integrated approaches to include art, ACT, traditional CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, music, narrative, relational, somatic, and reality therapies to provide polyvagal and trauma-informed care in order to help foster healing and growth. As we find the time and space to exhale so that we can push through the challenges that will enable us to achieve our goals and live life as the best version of ourselves, Jamie is confident that she will be able to provide support in an open, trusting, and non-judgmental way. So, if you are ready for that next step, schedule an appointment with her today.
