My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping is client-centred, which means that I believe each individual is unique and has the answers within them. As a therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and help them discover their own solutions.
I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, and I respect each person's journey. I strive to establish a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. I use a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
Through therapy, I aim to help my clients develop better coping skills, gain insight into their patterns of thinking and behaviour, and ultimately achieve their goals. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and provide workshops and seminars on various topics such as stress management, anger management, and assertiveness training.
My ultimate goal is to empower my clients and help them lead more fulfilling lives. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. Together, we can work towards a brighter future.
