My Approach to Helping
I am here to help you make peace with your pain and overall live a more grounded and fulfilling life. I can help you find new meaning after trauma and grief, manage depression and anxiety, as well as help you build healthy self-esteem. I specialize in teaching tools to help you better communicate and repair relationships, heal attachment wounds, gain skills to set healthy boundaries, time manage, build a secure attachment, self-motivate, and adjust to life changes, including medical diagnosis, breakupsdivorce, loss, and career changes.
I lead with empathy, honesty, and use a holistic approach to support my clients in their unique goals towards healing. I commonly utilize a variety of evidence-based practices embedded in CBT, IFS, Gottman Method, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Psychoanalytic, Circle of Security, Strengths Based, and Motivational Interviewing.
I currently offer clients a convenient, safe, and trauma-informed virtual space. I welcome all walks of life and find it a privilege to be beside my client's journey in healing.
