My Approach to Helping
Jack applies a practical and direct approach utilizing Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Family Systems and Person Centered Therapy. His eclectic approach allows the space for you to discover what may work best for what you are needing. Jack will teach you how to connect with what you are feeling and what you are needing. He is skilled in addressing issues such as anger management issues, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, coping skills, family conflict, boundaries, men’s issues, conflict resolution, communication skills and couples counseling. When Jack committed to becoming a therapist, he also committed to doing the personal, psychological and emotional work as a lifelong journey. Jack is very passionate about helping others and being of service.
