My Approach to Helping
I love life and believe change is always possible and inevitable.
However, change doesn't mean I have a magic wand and I could erase the unpleasant past events. For change here I meant taking chance and be kind to ourselves, and be brave to go into healing process. It could be painful at the beginning, but the healing journey is always worthwhile.
I am a conscientious, motivated, and respectful person. I approach people authentically and view the key to maintaining a strong and healthy mental state and relationship, whether be it in the family unit or society at large, requires both psychotherapy interventions and systematic development of coping skills and personal resources.
Taking an unconditional positive regard for others approach, it makes me a therapist you can feel at ease with.
