What's My Approach to Therapy?
A committed counsellor, I believe in a person-centered approach to navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. With experience in corporate settings, I understand the unique stressors of professional life and help individuals manage workplace challenges, burnout, and work-life balance. I have immense faith in the inherent resilience of the human spirit to heal and thrive. Guided by this belief, I integrate evidence-based techniques and insights from various disciplines, including the therapeutic benefits of art and nature, to support lasting well-being.
I have a Master’s degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and am also a QPR-certified Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper. I am dedicated to fostering resilience and well-being.
