My Approach to Helping
I strive to help adults and couples with healing and personal growth so that they can lead more joyful, meaningful lives.
In life, it’s important to pause. To breath. To engage in the world around us. When we can’t, things can become overwhelming. Whether you’re making a big life change, dealing with loss or trauma, or just feeling out of sorts and stuck, it is possible to move forward, find joy and fulfilling purpose again.
Sometimes we can hit roadblocks & detours that may take us out of our way- impacting how we feel about ourselves & our relationships. I provide Individual Therapy & Couples Therapy - specializing in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma & life transitions. Practicing a Strengths based approach, I believe that you hold capacities & inherit wisdom about your life. I will support you in slowing down, being Mindful & noticing self-critical, intrusive voices. My clients would describe me as non-judgmental, caring & appropriately humorous.
