My Approach to Helping
If you're navigating fertility challenges, grieving a pregnancy loss, or adjusting to life after birth, you're not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I work with women and couples in the perinatal period who are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to move forward. You may be processing a traumatic birth, struggling with postpartum emotions, or quietly grieving amid others’ joy. Therapy can offer a place to feel supported, make sense of what you’re going through, and reconnect with your own inner strength and intuition.
I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what’s weighing on you, whether it’s grief, anxiety, disconnection, or self-doubt. My work is rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on healing through trust and connection, and I bring advanced perinatal training from PSI, the Seleni Institute, and Maternal Mental Health Now.
