The path to parenthood is rarely the one you imagined. Whether you're in the thick of fertility treatments, grieving a loss, or trying to find your footing after birth- something brought you here. Trust that. I work with individuals and couples navigating the hardest parts of the perinatal experience.
I came to this work through both personal and professional doors. I've experienced pregnancy loss myself, and that shapes everything about how I show up. My approach is relational and psychodynamic- which in plain terms means I pay attention to patterns, stay curious about what's underneath, and trust that the relationship between us is part of what heals. I've been doing this work for over 15 years, with advanced training from Postpartum Support International, the Seleni Institute, and Maternal Mental Health Now.
I'm not a blank slate therapist. I ask questions, offer perspective and stay genuinely curious about you.
My Practice & Services
I offer telehealth sessions throughout California and limited in-person session in downtown Petaluma. I work with individuals navigating perinatal challenges as well as broader life transitions. For couples, my focus is specifically on perinatal work- infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and postpartum experiences. Free 15- minute consultations are available.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love helping people hold what feels too heavy to carry alone- and I love that it's not only that. Therapy can also be a place to celebrate the good things, and I take that just as seriously.
