My Approach to Helping
Feeling sadness, irritability, uncontrollable worry, and experiencing challenges with sleep, diet, or relationships are common issues when we are hurting emotionally. We can easily lose control of thoughts and emotions and feel frightened by our behaviors. If you relate to these issues, you are not alone. Feeling stuck with emotional pain can be hard to understand. Together, you and I will figure out what is really going on. There is a reason for how you are feeling and I want to discover where it is coming from with you. In the years of practicing counseling, I have had the privilege of witnessing many of my clients find happiness and balance in their lives.
Creating a safe space is crucial to making sense of our experiences that we would not otherwise have a chance to explore. Only then we are able to process our emotions, perception, and using our narrative to create new possibilities for thinking, feeling, and doing life in a fresh way. I work hard to create a judgment-free environment for my clients.
