My Approach to Helping
Are you going through a life transition that requires help or experiencing stressors that have affected your diet, sleep, and motivation to be your best self? Is your life spinning out of control from depression, anxiety, anger, or relational conflict? You're not alone; I understand what it feels like, and I'm willing to collaborate with you to overcome what you are experiencing. I consider myself a “fellow traveler”, journeying together with my clients to find hope and healing in their story. My therapy space is a judgment-free zone where clients can be themselves.
I want you to bring ALL of yourself to the session. Your fears, frustrations, & longings. It might feel scary at first but soon you will realize the freedom & hope that comes from exploring & making sense of your situation. Once we know what is going on, together we will employ various therapy tools to address each area that are in need of a new approach.
