I will offer a compassionate place for you to freely express yourself and give you honest feedback. We will tailor individual treatment to reflect your concerns and goals while we regularly re-evaluate our progress.
I specialize in relationship conflict, anxiety & depression management, self-esteem, trauma PTSD, and substance abuse. My approach to counseling is based on empirical research and feedback from my clients. I am a trained EMDR trauma therapist and a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator for premarital counseling and couples counseling.
Creating a safe space is crucial to making sense of our experiences that we would not otherwise have a chance to explore. Only then we are able to process our emotions, perception, and using our narrative to create new possibilities for thinking, feeling, and doing life in a fresh way. I work hard to create a judgment-free environment for my clients.
