My Approach to Helping
I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming, but my goal is to make that first step feel approachable and supportive. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and truly supported throughout your journey.
Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to help you gain deeper insight and self-awareness. My focus is on addressing the root of your challenges—not just the symptoms—so you can experience lasting healing and meaningful growth.
In our work together, you’ll be encouraged to express yourself openly, identify patterns, and build practical tools that support a more balanced, fulfilling life. My role is to guide you through this process with compassion, honesty, and consistent support, helping you move toward the changes you desire.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). My approach combines evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to help individuals manage intrusive thoughts, reduce compulsive behaviors, and regain control of their lives.
I am also highly skilled in treating eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and body image issues. I provide compassionate, judgment-free support to help clients improve their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves focusing on both emotional healing and practical coping strategies.
In addition to these areas, I work frequently with clients managing depression and mood disorders. I understand how isolating and overwhelming these experiences can be, and I work to help clients find hope, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and well-being.
My background also includes significant work with trauma survivors, including those recovering from both recent and past traumatic experiences. Using trauma-informed approaches, I help clients safely process their experiences, reduce emotional distress, and begin to heal from the effects of trauma.
Beyond these specializations, I have supported clients across many other areas, including life transitions, stress management, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, grief and loss, ADHD, and more. My experience spans diverse populations and age groups, from children to older adults, and I always take a flexible, individualized approach to meet each client?s unique needs.
No matter what you're facing, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
