My Approach to Helping
Therapy is about accepting who you are and exploring ways you can grow. My approach to therapy will help you take an active role in your own healing so that you can deepen your self awareness and see life through the eyes of your True Self. I work with adults and adolescents who feel overwhelmed or depressed in their current world and who seek to feel more comfortable and at peace in their own skin.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Experiential therapies such as Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Parts Work accentuate strength and provide opportunities for self reflection and creation which helps us move through our emotions instead of getting stuck in them. In counseling sessions I encourage my clients to express themselves through talk therapy, through art or writing, relax and process through guided imagery, or work with their "parts" as a way to deepen their understanding of their inner world and experiences.

I am a board certified Creative Arts Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals explore their concerns in a warm, collaborative, and genuine environment.. I am also a certified Mind Body Medicine Practitioner and licensed counselor. I am excited to offer my clients a unique experience utilizing creative expression, meditation, and "parts work" to realize their best qualities and potential.
