My Approach to Helping
We all struggle sometimes. Life can be unpredictable and it's ok to not feel "ok". Anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses can occur, whether biologically or due to life events, and it's ok to ask for help. It is human nature to seek happiness and wellness, and sometimes we need a little help and guidance to get there.
I specialize in adolescents and teens, but I also have experience working with adults. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds. I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic environment (with a little humor mixed in) where the client is encouraged to share any and all struggles to help work toward a goal of wellness.
