I specialize in CBT and mindfulness to address depression, anxiety, and stress and have written an 8-week program that can help you make major changes in your life and how you react to situations. I have recently expanded my practice in the Morristown area, and I'm currently accepting new patients. I have been a psychotherapist for over 20+ years and have experience in a wide range of issues. Our work together will focus on your current life issues as we move towards a deeper understanding of what causes these reactions. As a result, you will be able to make different choices in your life.
