My Approach to Helping
My goal as a therapist is to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life. It is difficult to know if you are on the right path, have healthy relationships, are satisfied with your career, or have the strength to succeed and grow. How do you feel about where you are headed? These are questions worth asking. I can support your self discovery. As a therapist I empower clients struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship problems. I enjoy supporting women and children in challenging family and career dynamics.
I have a holistic approach that uses yoga and mindfulness to help anchor you in your body. I am a certified yoga teacher. Our bodies are an amazing resource we can turn to for more awareness about what’s going on internally. Sometimes the body knows before our mind does. Listening to the body is a skill that can be strengthened.
