I specialize in helping couples move past affairs, boost intimacy, master conflict resolution, and develop healthy communication. Even if you think nothing has worked or you feel like quitting, a session with me can help you explore your options. I'll help you identify where you get stuck so we can disrupt your old pattern and achieve better results.
For couples in long-term relationships who feel bored or like their intimacy has decreased, I can help you spice things up no matter how long you've been together! If you're not connecting with your partner because trust has been broken, we will take the steps necessary to heal and create a strong foundation again.

I blend Solutioin-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT and DBT in my counseling approach. I'm an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love helping people get stronger and make changes to live their most authentic life. I believe in the motto "What's inside you is stronger than what's in your way". Often we get stuck and frustrated that life is difficult and feels hopeless at times. In these moments it's good to reach out for support and help so we know we're not alone. I am here as a confidant and coach who can see what is needed to get to the other side, helping you face your fears and believe in yourself!
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
I offer a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Approach which is typically 10 sessions, but clients can stay longer or return for tune-ups whenever they wish. I find that working once a week for 10 weeks, gives us time to identify factors that create obstacles, then develop ways to view and think about situations differently, along with changes in behavior, so you get the results and emotional relief you're looking for. I give homework assignments between sessions based on the goals you have, and review weekly the progress you've made.
