My goal as a therapist is to offer you a safe, understanding, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can talk about what is going on, and work with a trusted therapist to work through some of these issues and get to the core of the issue.
I offer an individualized approach that fits your specific needs.
I know sometimes family or friends offer support, but they may go into problem solving mode or not really know what to say, which can sometimes not feel great. I am here to help you learn how to get your needs met from others, have healthier relationships and manage mental health symptoms to live the life you want.
